Bana Bhante

Most Venerable Sadananandha Mahastavir Bana Bhante (January 8, 1920 - January 30, 2012) was a legendary Buddhist monk from Bangladesh. In 1977 Bana Bhante (বনভন্তে) came in Rangamati from Longu region to live here permanently. His followers make this temple for him.

Rjaban Bihar: I have visited Rajban Bihar twice in 2012 1nd 2013. This amazing bihar is a famous tourist place in Bangladesh. It's situated in 1974 over 13.5 hector area. There is a structure / building they call “Seven Heaven”. We enter into the temple and look around the place. It’s totally different than what I expected. Inside the Bihar there are four Temple, Topoghar, Chainghar, Rest room, Medical center etc. We see the golden statue, mummy of a respected Monk, holly bell, Tomb etc. This place is not far from Rangamati. You can go by boat or by car. See some of the pictures below.
